Too many of us have felt the heartbreaking impacts of the substance use and overdose crisis. Its ripple effects extend into the workplace, hurting both employee and business well-being.

To support people who may be at risk for or living with a substance use disorder, the Ad Council, National Council for Mental Wellbeing, and Shatterproof have joined forces to launch the Start With Hope campaign.

Employers have a unique opportunity to support recovery and improve access to life-saving care. That’s why Start With Hope and the Health Action Alliance (HAA) are proud to share this updated guide to “Creating a Recovery-Ready Workplace,” enhanced with updated statistics and step-by-step recommendations.
